Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University Common Entrance Test (IPU CET)

IPU CET 2016 - IPU CET 2016, Indraprastha University Common Entrance Test, has been conducted on May 8, 2016 (2 pm-4.30 pm) by Guru Govind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) for offering admissions to undergraduate engineering programmes. The varsity conducts the entrance exam to provide admissions to undergraduate engineering aspirants in various streams at GGSIPU and its affiliated colleges. Once the aspiring students meet the eligibility criteria, they can apply for IPU CET 2016 online. IPU CET 2016 Application Form were available from January 30, 2016 onwards and the last date for submitting it was April 12, 2016 (till 4 pm). Eligibility Criteria

The candidates must ensure that they are satisfied from the prescribed eligibility before applying for IPU CET 2016.

Courses	Eligibility
B.Tech (Lateral entry for diploma holders)	Three years diploma in engineering with securing at least 60% marks.
B.Tech (Lateral entry for B.Sc Graduates)	B.Sc graduates with obtaining 60% marks with pass in Mathematics from any recognized university.
B.Tech	12th or equivalent exam pass with physics, chemistry, mathematics, english subjects with at least 55% marks.
M.Tech	B.Tech/BE/ ETE/AMIE Graduate/ M.Sc/ MCA/ MCA (SE) passed with securing 60% marks.
