East West Institute of Technology, Bangalore wasstarted nearly 40 years ago, is providing educational services to aspiring students from primary school to pre-degree, spanning nearly 12 years of learning, in various disciplines and also from pre-degree to diverse professional courses.

The number of students studying in various sister institutions of EWGI, strewn all over the city, is more than 5000. With the advent of time, it has widely been accepted that EWGI is steadily stamping its mark of quality and commitment in the annals of education. Various Institutions under this group are the dream projects of its Charismatic Founder Chairman Late Sri C M Nagaraj (1942-2008), a visionary, an acknowledged educationist, a philanthropist, a social worker, an elected prominent corporator of long standing and the past worshipful Mayor of Bangalore city.

Our system of education is not directly concerned with changing the political and economic conditions which are responsible for the war but it is our duty to propagate right ideals. If men make history, ideals make men.Humankind sees in education as an indispensable asset in its attempts to attain the ideals of peace, freedom and social justice and as an instrument for reducing poverty, exclusion, ignorance and oppression. Education policies are being pushed to the bottom line of the agenda for economic and financial reasons.

We can achieve it only if we plan our education properly and strive to eliminate the sources of iniquities and injustice.
