SSJ Engineering College, Hyderabad was established in 1998.The college is approved by  All India Council for TEchnical Education (AICTE), Government of India, New Delhi and Government of A.P and affiliated to Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU), Hyderabad.The college is being run by Sridevi Education Society. The college helps to shape youth into self confident and determined citizens and moulds them as highly skilled professional, who can become strong pillars of the nation.The courses run are approved by AICTE, New Delhi and Govt. of A.P. in affiliation to JNTU. Sri Sai Jyothi Engineering College is located near Hi-tech city, Vattinagulapally,Hyderabad. Master of Engineering or Master of Technology or Master of Science in Technology or Master of Engineering degree is a postgraduate program in engineering or technology field.ME/MTech degree program exposes students to a wide range of courses, combined with specialized research which culminates in a thesis. Such a combination gives students the breadth and depth necessary for pursuing careers in academics as well as industry.The residence requirements for ME/MTech program is four semesters. However, it is possible to get permission to spend one semester elsewhere. If someone wants to carry out the thesis work in a company, or at some other educational institution, it is allowed by the Institute.The scope of the course varies from material research to machinery development, Nano Technology, Smart materials, Aerospace Technology, Missiles technology, CAD/CAM, FMS, CIM, Automation and such other interrelated developments.
