M.Tech: 60% aggregate in the qualifying examination. Candidates with valid scores in GATE/TANCET can also apply enclosing copy of score card

Selection Process

Selection of the candidates will be on the basis of their performance in the SRM Graduate Engineering Entrance Test (SRMGEET); however, students with valid GATE score may also apply for SRM M.Tech programs
