Associate Member of the Institution of Engineers ( AMIE )

AMIE stands for Associate Member of Institution of Engineers. It is an engineering degree course recognized by all State Governments, Central Govt., UPSC etc as equivalent to B.E / B.Tech. That means, those who successfully complete AMIE will get equal opportunities for job as well as higher education, just like a B.E or B.Tech holder. The Institution of Engineers ( India ), the largest multidisciplinary body of engineers in the country is the body that prepares syllabus, conducts examination and issue certificates etc. of AMIE. AMIE has conducted Entrance Examination for the admission of Engineering courses during the academic year 2015-16 and complete details about Admission process are mentioned below.

Associate Membership of Institution of Engineers ( AMIE ) Summer Entrance Examination Important Dates – 2015

AMIE exam Summer 2015 shall be conducted at 67 Examination Centres in India and abroad from June 06, 2015. You can apply for the exam as per the schedule mentioned below.

Those DID NOT attend Winter 2014 exam	February 16 to March 21, 2015.
Those who attended Winter 2014 exam	March 23 to April 20,2015
Those who applied, but didnt attend Winter 2014 exam	February 16 to March 21, 2015.
Those who apply for the first time	February 16 to March 21, 2015.
