Dr. D. Y. Patil Vidyapeeth, Pune was started with the aim of providing all the students with quality education. About DDYPV MBBS Course :-

The MBBS course starts with the basic pre-clinical subjects such as biochemistry, physiology, anatomy, microbiology, pathology and pharmacology.The degree awarded is("Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery"). The minimum requirements for the MBBS course are 50% marks in physics, chemistry, biology and English in the '10+2'examinations.This course concentrates at detailed knowledge of all the aspects of medicine and surgery. The course curriculum includes practical as well as theoretical knowledge of the subject. Objective of the course is to create qualified professionals in the field of medicine and surgery.MBBS program duration 4.5 years with one year compulsary rotating Internship.

About DDYPV BDS Course :-

In India, training in dentistry is through a 5-year BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) course, which includes 4 years of study followed by one year of internship.
Eligibility: For admission to BDS course the candidate should have passed in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English individually and must have obtained at least 50 percent marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology taken together in the qualifying examination i.e., 10 + 2 /HSC or equivalent.  Student need to appear in all India medical entrance exam or Common Entrance Test (CET) to get admission in Bachelor in Dental Surgery Course. Candidate should be 12th pass in PCB with 50% marks.

About DDYPV B.E/B.Tech Course:-

The Bachelor of Engineering commonly abbreviated as (B.Eng) is an undergraduate academic degree awarded to a student after three to five years of studying engineering at university or college.B.E/B.Tech Includes.

About DDYPV M.E/M.Tech Course:-

Master of Engineering or Master of Technology or Master of Science in Technology or Master of Engineering degree is a postgraduate program in engineering or technology field.This is generally a 2-years for  specialization program in a specific branch of engineering or a technical field.ME/MTech degree program exposes students to a wide range of courses, combined with specialized research which culminates in a thesis. Such a combination gives students the breadth and depth necessary for pursuing careers in academics as well as industry.The residence requirements for ME/MTech program is four semesters. However, it is possible to get permission to spend one semester elsewhere. If someone wants to carry out the thesis work in a company, or at some other educational institution, it is allowed by the Institute.The scope of the course varies from material research to machinery development, Nano Technology, Smart materials, Aerospace Technology, Missiles technology, CAD/CAM, FMS, CIM, Automation and such other interrelated developments.
