Admission Procedure at Gandhi Institute for Education and Technology:
OJEE:

• Canditate should have qualified through Orissa - JEE conducted by state government or AIEEE conducted by CBSE, New Delhi or common entrance test (CET) conducted by orissa private engineering colleges association, Orissa. The student should have passed the higher secondary (10 + 2) with physics and mathematics as compulsory subjects and one of computer science / biology / bio-technology / chemistry subjects. For admission to 2nd year through lateral entry the student should pass diploma engg. / polytechnic in corresponding branch with min. 60% of marks and qualified through orissa JEE

AIEEE

• Canditate should have qualified through Orissa - JEE conducted by state government or AIEEE conducted by CBSE, New Delhi or common entrance test (CET) conducted by orissa private engineering colleges association, Orissa. 
• The student should have passed the higher secondary (10 + 2) with physics and mathematics as compulsory subjects and one of computer science / biology / bio-technology / chemistry subjects. 
• For admission to 2nd year through lateral entry the student should pass diploma engg. / polytechnic in corresponding branch with min. 60% of marks and qualified through orissa JEE.

LATERAL ENTRY ADMISSION

• Candidates who have passed Diploma in Engineering awarded by the State Board of Technical Education or Equivalent after undergoing regular course of three years study in an approved institution are eligible for admission. 

Fees Structure :
The Fees Structure for BE is 48000 Per year,Mtech is around 56000 per year.

Facilities at Gandhi Institute for Education and Technology:

1)Hostel:

• Hostel facilities are available for both boys and girls inside the college campus. For outside the campus college bus is available. Apart from all well furnished rooms with attached toilet and other amenities color TV, Computer & wi-fi internet facilities, Newspaper & Magazines. Both non-vegetarian & vegetarian food is available on the basis of requirement of the students. Good hygienic condition is strictly maintained both in the food and living conditions. Hostel superintendents supervise the functioning of the Hostels regularly. The hostel fees are as per the guidelines of the state Govt. of Orissa.

2)Canteen:

• The Institute has an excellent cafeteria with a seating capacity for more than 200 persons. It has a well-planned hygienic kitchen run by a reputed caterer at administered prices. Multi-cuisine lunch and snacks are being served in the cafeteria. They provide veg and non-veg menu simultaneously on all the days. A fast food restaurant-cum-convenience store is also there
