The school, Dream Institute of Technology is planned by the “SARKAR TRUST” that has its workplace at 187/1, Block-J, New Alipore, city – fifty three. The Trust may be a trust that has been regd. on 23.08.2004. at the start the Trust includes of solely four members.
Our Vision is to create an unique technical educational platform, to help the meritorious Students of the nearby area to blossom as “complete engineers” with technical capabilities Based on a strong value system. We shall continuously benchmark and upgrade our processes to ensure that our engineers become internationally competitive with frontier technologies. Our success will be measured by the contribution of our students in industry, academia and research oriented activities impacting our nation building.
Organize undergraduate courses of study in engineering & emerging technologies.
Organize P.G. programs in basic & applied sciences, engg, technology & other branches of study.
Develop centre of excellence for higher studies & research in engg, technology & magt education.
Organize & offer consultancy services to the industry & other organizations desiring such assistance.
Create awareness in areas of EVS, conservation of energy & resources, IT & biotechnology.

For the readers of the humble submission let me tender my apology at the outset if in course of writing this chairman’s column and sort of
prejudice engulfs my ideas and expression in any way though my vigilant consciousness is there all the time strike the hammer in that
context I should dare think that no Institute of technology was there any time in the domain of such institutes throughout the state even few ,
only it was in the dream of a humble had had a mission in the tablet of his heart, for the onward march of which who gathered energies and fuel forlong 45 years in picking up pebbles of experience in handling the research & development equipments in even the arena of IIT-ians in different corners of this country.
